O quarto é confortavel. Funcionários são atenciosos. Prédio antigo. Bom café da manhã. Estacionamento é meio limitado e apertado, e pode ser um problema. Não segue a lei: ao menos uma vaga do estacionamento deveria ser reservada para deficientes, o que não ocorre.

Hotel bom, mas com muitas ressalvas.
No site não aparece a opção de quarto com ou sem ar condicionado. Reservamos um apto já num preço razoável e chegando no mesmo era um quarto minúsculo extremamente abafado e com um ventilador de teto que não dava conta de amenizar o calor de quase 40 graus que estava fazendo. Fui na recepção se teria a possibilidade de troca de apto por um que tivesse ar condicionado. Me informaram que existem 2 tipos de quartos o standart e o luxo mas no site só vendem o standart que não tem ar, se eu quisesse mudar teria que pagar uma diferença. Além de ter pago mais de 240 reais tive q desembolsar mais 140 pra mudar de quarto. Deveriam mudar o anúncio e colocar essas informações, para que não pegue os próximos hóspedes de surpresa. Pois na descrição do hotel nem cita que possui ar condicionado nos quartos. Só comprei pois vi um relato de outro hóspede falando que o ar funcionava bem. Outro fato foi o ar ser daqueles bem antigos quadrado fazia um barulho enorme. Pelo preço cobrado já daria pra trocar por uma mais novo né.
