Bom mas barulhento!

Apartamento novo em prédio novo. Bem localizado, porém virado para a Av. Santo Amaro e com paredes sem isolamento acústico, faz muito barulho!

Acomodação boa, mas com ressalvas

Acomodação interessante. Facil acesso via aplicativo, Limpa, com bom espaço e localzada em endereço proximo a bairros de negócios em SP (Itaim, Vila Olimpia, Brooklin). Fácil comunicação com a empresa que administra. Pontos a serem considerados: o box poderia ter um chuveiro mais curto e possível de fazer um redirecionamento da ducha, pois na posição que eles está vc se molha o tempo inteiro e dificulta um pouco. E o sabonete líquido disponível, é extremamente aguado, se melhorassem a qualidade dele seria bom. Ñão tem estacionamento. Nem próximo ao local, tive de parar o carro na rua em uma ruela escura e deserta na lateral. Tive problema com a televisão, montada em um painel central gira para sala e quarto. Haviam fios pendurados e ao girar da sala pro quarto deu curto e fiquei sem TV os 2 dias de hospedagem.
