Large and complete apartment, with 2 bedrooms, one suite, equipped kitchen, living room and laundry room in a well-maintained building, well located in the Perdizes neighborhood, very close to Allianz Parque.

It is possible to park your car on the street, there are usually spaces available. Note that the building does not have an elevator, the apartment is on the third floor.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.

It is not permitted to receive visitors.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 8:30 am to 11:00 pm. After this time we do not have online support. Check in outside these hours is possible at an extra cost of R$100.00 (subject to availability).
