Quarto impecável, tudo limpo e organizado. Porém, precisam melhorar o processo de check-in. Você precisa cadastrar a facial no sistema do prédio, e não é o mesmo que eles te mandam. Você só descobre quando chega lá e não consegue entrar. Aí pra falar com alguém só ligando pra um número internacional, pra falar com um estrangeiro - mensagens no chat da plataforma não adianta. O processo de cadastro da facial é simples e rápido. Tudo seria resolvido se o anfitrião mandasse o link (especificando do que se trata) no dia do seu check-in, antes do horário de entrada, automaticamente. Tão simples e óbvio!

O checkin foi muito difícil. O cadastro da nossa facial não foi liberado pelo administrador e tivemos que aguardar o Hotéis.com entrar em contato com eles para conseguir ser atendido. Com isso, tivemos que esperar do lado de fora do prédio tudo isso, foi bem desconfortável. Mesmo assim, demorou cerca de 24h para a gente conseguir acertar tudo que precisava para entrar e sair sem ser parado pela segurança. A acomodação é muito organizada e espaçosa, com uma cozinha praticamente completa . Apesar de pequeno, o apt é excelente para 2 pessoas. Com dois ambientes separados. Sugerimos melhorar a roupa de cama e as toalhas que estavam encardidas e com cheiro estranho.
