I would like to take the opportunity to clarify that when the reservation is made directly with the hotel or on our website, there is information about the need for a prior reservation for the restaurants and Spa. Unfortunately, we have no control over the confirmation and communication made by the websites and channels that confirm reservations. On the same note, allow me to inform that around 80% of the customers in our restaurants on the weekends, are also inhouse Guests.
