The building has a parking space, laundry service (for stays longer than 5 days) and a swimming pool.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs. It is not permitted to receive visitors. The pool is closed for cleaning and maintenance on Mondays. Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability. Stained bed linen and towels may incur charges. Do not use the layette to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged. Our opening hours are from 9:30 am to 11:00 pm. After this time we do not have online support.
