Pros:Well located and beautiful
Cons:Not much
Location:A few blocks from the Art Museum, great restaurants, park and shopping
Great Hotel! Great Service! The only problem we had was with our door key/card. It didn't work most of the time. Staff was there to help immediately, but who wants to have to go through that time after time. No complaints otherwise. We had an incredible view on the 17th floor. Well located.

Better than the average Brazilian hotel, but maybe not for what your paying for
Pros:good location
Cons:No free Internet
I travel constantly to Sao Paulo and I most said this is better than the average hotel in Brazil (In general my perception is that Brazil does not have a good hotel and service infrastructure). The service in general was good, the breakfast average.The bed was nice and comfortable and the location is good, no free internet in the lobby though, you need to pay around 20 euros per day to have access to the web. This hotel is better than others in the city but the price is way higher. Definitely they charge as a true upscale hotel but is not really one, is just good.
