It has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. Both have blackout curtains, wardrobe, air conditioning, and excellent linens.
The living room is spacious, with a Smart TV, internet, and is integrated with the balcony and kitchen, which is well equipped and has a washer/dryer.
The building is modern, with full amenities, parking space, and an excellent location for work, events, or leisure in São Paulo.

This building offers 24-hour security and is perfect for vacations, business trips, or long-term stays. Amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, laundry facilities, and parking.
