The space
Koti Sapanca has been carefully designed for those who like to stay in new generation minimalist spaces. With its large and spacious interior, a large lush garden, close to all amenities, it quickly finds solutions to all your needs and expectations. It promises an unforgettable holiday experience with its modern fireplace and swimming pool positioned in a heavenly garden where bird chirps are not lacking.

Our homes are a tiny villa set on 30 square meters of floor space, decorated with modern lines on a completely wooden structure. Offering 45 square meters of living space with the mezzanine, the ceiling height of our house is 5.70 meters. Our houses have 180 square meters of lush greenery and spacious gardens all to yourself.
