チェックイン時までに、暗証番号等の連絡げなく、スムーズにチェックインできなかった。 5人の宿泊だったが、4人分のタオル、寝具しかなかった。追加寝具がクローゼットにあるはずが、掛け布団下なく、ソファーベッドは清掃されておらず不衛生だった。窓の鍵は施錠されていなかった。
