Just skip it
When we get there we realized that there is no place for us - overbooking. The owner have found good replacement for us, which was OK, but while we were waiting for that, on a parking of Leka apartments employ from reception jailed at us because we are from Serbia and told us that car with Serbian registration and Serbians at all, can't be at his property, so we had to go away, and pretty stresed wait for replacement out of their property. That ruined our stay at Albania completely. If you have any other option just skip it. It is not worth of it.
