Palm Aire Paradise! This recently remodeled stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located in Avista, a subdivision within the gorgeous Palm Aire.Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals.
This condo is located right across the street from the Avista Club House, where you will find an enormous pool, a hot tub, a BBQ area, and a pool table.
As you make your way to the second floor, you will find a lovely outdoor patio by the front door that has seating to accommodate up to two comfortably. Upon entering, you will find a lovely open floor plan. The spacious kitchen offers plenty of space to entertain. There is a breakfast table that can accommodate up to two comfortably. Adjacent you will find the enormous living room. The beautiful dining table can accommodate up to four comfortably. There is a built-in bar next to the dining area, that has all different glasses for your favorite drinks! The living room boasts two large couches, with an adjoining day chair and two custom-made end tables that are pieces of art themselves! The extended screened-in patio boasts expansive views of the 17th hole of the Palm Air Golf Course. There is outdoor seating to accommodate up to four, and is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee!
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, with plenty of space for you to unwind after a day at the beach or golfing. Attached is the master bathroom, which boasts an updated vanity with a large walk-in shower tiled from floor to ceiling. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds and plenty of space for your personal belongings. Down the hall, you will find the main bathroom that boasts a large shower/tub combo.
Palm Aire Paradise is the perfect destination for you and your loved ones to return year after year too.
