With incredible amenities inside and out, this 1,900-square-foot home ensures an unforgettable beach getaway for 8 lucky guests!
THE PROPERTY

Step inside this quaint Florida home, spread out and settle into your Sarasota vacation! Throughout the house, large windows display the lush garden and massive live Oak in the front yard, while tasteful decorations and colorful walls add pizazz to the interior.
Plush couches invite you to unwind in the spacious living area. After a day on the beach, watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV or read the novel you've always meant to start. In the morning, savor a cup of coffee in the warmth of natural light.
Outside, a 1,300-square-foot lanai with a 23x15-foot pool awaits you and your travel companions. Take a refreshing dip in the cool water before lounging under the sun in the protection of the covered patio. Before dinner, enjoy cocktails and snacks around the comfortable outdoor furnishings while the kids play a game of football on the well-manicured lawn.

Evelyn is a great host! She responded quickly to messages and any questions we had. The home was very welcoming and immaculately clean. We had so much fun in between our beach trips just hanging out at the pool. I would definitely stay again.

Evelyn was an amazing host.She was always in communication and helping with any minor issues we ran into. House was very nice and peaceful and the best part was the pool. Great place to stay

We stayed here 7 weeks and it was perfect, nice clean house and nice layout, clean heated pool. Nice backyard with lots of neat birds singing. We will stay here again someday.

Relaxing getaway

House was fully stocked with everything you could need and more, even had chairs and umbrella for the beach. Beds were so comfy. Pool was great, so nice to be able to go swimming at anytime, day or night. House is located close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. I would stay again for sure.

We all enjoyed our stay. Easy check in check out. Loved the very comfortable sofas, and plenty of space for everyone. Good location to beach and downtown Sarasota. Liked the pool, but water was too cold to swim comfortably. Hot tub would be a great addition!

Great House

The house was well-provisioned. Plenty of plates, glassware, silverware, and pots and pans. The owner was generous with paper products and cleaning supplies on hand. Best part was the wonderful pool area, with comfortable seating under cover plus lounges for sunning. Beds were comfortable. Very enjoyable stay!

Wonderful relaxing time!

The house was very clean and fresh. Spacious and nicely decorated. We loved hanging poolside and enjoyed swimming each day. Very centrally locations to pretty much anything you wanted to do. Will certainly stay here again next time we head over to Sarasota area. Thanks so much!,

Great spacious home

My wife and I stayed in this home for about a week with our two sons, who were delighted to each have their own bedroom and bathroom. The location was perfect for us (near my mother), and the house has a great pool. The property owner was very clear, helpful, and responsive, and I would certainly recommend this home to others.

A pleasant winter getaway

This home was quiet, clean and as presented. Our family enjoyed the heated pool, the split floor plan was great for adults and children. Location of property was convenient to beaches shopping grocery stores. One of a few properties that had 3 bathrooms which was great. Hostess was very prompt with responses to any questions. Will definitely think about staying next year if available.

Sarasota House

The property was very clean. The house had everything you needed for cooking, relaxing and hanging out. We enjoyed using the pool, playing cards and games and the amazing patio. Most beaches were 20 minutes away. There are lots of great restaurants nearby. Evelyn was amazing communicating with us. Would 100% stay here again. Neighborhood was very safe.

Hidden Gem

This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The home is has so many amenities including all you need to prepare meals and dine in. The backyard with a HUGE patio area, pool and pool cage became the go to daytime living quarters. I highly recommended this place and would stay here again when visiting the Sarasota area.

Clean, quiet, perfect for three friends with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and lovely pool. One would need a car and we tracked out each day to explore new areas. Host very responsive. A bit off the beaten path which was fine with us and not so traffic laden.
