The third room has its own private entrance but will only be accessible from main door for security . You will have full access to your entire unit within the main house, and a designated parking space will be provided for you.

The space is completely private. One of the other units is occupied by the landlord, and the second unit is also rented separately through listing platforms there’s one cleaner/maintenance team local on site throughout the day .
