Beautiful, updated and fully furnished home with private pool under screened lanai. Master suite with king bed, walk in closet, ensuite bathroom, patio doors leading to pool area. One of the bedrooms has XL twin beds that can be combined into king bed. Available 2 portable play/cribs with mattresses for infants. Lovely kitchen with breakfast bar open to both living room and family room and to outside patio/pool area. Big screen 85" TV in family room and TV's in all 4 bedrooms. Formal dining room. Furnished screened pool area with 2 tables and chairs, couch, armchairs, ottomans and lounge chairs. Lawn & pool care included in rent, as well as all utilities and high speed internet. 2 security cameras installed in front of the house - front entrance porch and driveway area. Quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Mote Ranch is a popular area located minutes from golf courses, UTC mall and various shopping and restaurant choices. World famous beaches are a short 30 min drive away. It is also 15 min. to Sarasota Bradenton Airport making this location prime! The community has a clubhouse with a Jr. Olympic heated pool, playground, fishing pier and kayaking on the Braden River. The recreational facility is located on Old Farm Road and Honore. Come and enjoy sunny Florida and all that Sarasota (home of Lido Beach and Siesta Key Beach - #1 beach in USA) has to offer and feel at home!

Besutiful Clean Home in Quiet Location
This home was stellar. It was do clean you could eat off the floor, literally. There was plenty of room with the 4 bedrooms, all beautiful. Amenities abound. Everything was right at our fingertips. The property manager was always availsble to answer questions.
It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Not close to a beach but with the swimming pool right there we never missed the besch.
The only thing that we were first uncomfortable with was the thermostat. It was not readily accessible to us. It was remotely controlled by the owner. However, we asked that it be set to our wishes and the owner reset the temperature promptly and we had no further issue with it.
I would highly recommend this prooerty.

Everything about our stay was great. The property was exactly as listed. Seamless check-in/check-out process. The host was responsive, when needed. The space was great. We loved the pool and the openness of the floor plan. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the neighbors were friendly. This home has everything a family needs, including those with infants/toddlers. Would absolutely recommend to others and we would stay again! Thank you!

Friendly neighbors, beautiful community, great location to everything. The house and pool were everything we could have wanted. We had the best stay and hated leaving. The host could not have made us feel more at home. Was only a text away and and so helpful.

Perfect 5 week vacation
This house is located in a lovely, quiet area. Easy to go everywhere, specially as well to the beaches. It has just everything you would need in good moderate quality, including newest large size TV’s in every room, comfy clean beds and every thing you would need in the kitchen to use. The lanai is perfectly equipped with tables, chairs, lounge furniture. And last, Beata is just great and helpful.
