This fully updated villa boasts high end modern furniture, finishes, and appliances. Complete with 2 beds, 2 baths, designer primary closet, custom cabinets, solid surfaces, 2 car garage, and a private heated pool. This light-filed unit is extremely private with no shared walls, offering a perfect place to relax and entertain. All necessities provided, just bring your suitcases!

Please note, we are still adding additional patio furniture and a BBQ. The deck has also just been re-paved and the pool re-lined.

Close proximity from downtown Sarasota, St. Armonds Circle, and world-class beaches. Under 5 minutes to Bobby Jones Golf Complex and amazing proximity to restaurants, shopping, and medical centers, biking trail, and other golf courses.
