I’ve used VRBO over 18 years this house was over exceptionally excellent. 3 bedrooms and high quality furniture and mattress were so comfortable. First class everything for cooking place setting and glassware and 12 bottle wine cabinet. All furniture was amazingly beautiful and never had Living room and family room both with Hugh TVs. Kitchen was spectacular clean all the bathroom were spotless. TVs in all bedrooms. Ready to book again this winter and will book 2027 in February for two weeks or more.

We enjoyed the open layout of the house and the ability to interact with family while cooking. The kitchen had everything that we needed. I wish that we had parchment paper for baking. It would've been nice to have ESPN provided on the TVs. The master bedroom was great, nice shower and closet space. The house is nicely updated. The pool was nice and as advertised. Beach chairs are provided and the beach wagons were nice to have. I'd recommend that renters bring their own beach toys. Great location with close proximity to the beach. I'd definitely stay there again.

Not greatYour CommentsI’ll start off with the pet friendly category, you cannot call yourself a pet friendly vrbo then charge additional pet fees you’re either pet friendly or not. Second obvious issue being the pool. Why on earth have a pool advertised in the winter months knowing it has to be heated to be usable and then charge 50 daily. The pool should not be advertised as it wasn't used once, after a toe tap we quickly learned we would not be using it. Due to the cold temp. Thankfully we had a packed itinerary. There were used qtips left on the dresser & personal pleasure items left in the drawer which raised concerns about cleaning. Sugar ants are expected but why not have zevo handy. The second night stay the sewer, septic backup although extremely unusual, it was the response that was more unusual. It occurred overnight, friendly email approx. 1-2am. Response back 0700 acknowledged, plumbing/drain company to repair issue during the day and we assumed a professional cleaning company to clean the human waste all over the bathroom and in the shower. Husband apoke to owner and explained the gravity of the issue. thankfully we had a packed day out of the house for all this to take place. We left 0900 & arrived back to the house approx 10pm to a bathroom still filled with human waste around the toilet and in the shower & a smell that left us to sleep in a different room for a second night. A phone call, email and text were sent that night with no response until the follo
