I was told we would get free parking while we were gone for 4 days, the hotel says we have to pay $10 a day. We are already paying over $300 for one night. It’s too expensive.

The room we stayed in was adjoined by another room so whatever was going on in there you can hear clearly in yours. The water pipes made loud noises in our suite and we had to change room after midnight because it was unbearable. We were put in a room half the size and was told it was an upgrade so no compensation was provided. They promised Hilton honors points since they couldn’t refund. None were provided.

Front desk clerk, Yasmine, was wonderful. Very patient with a couple of angry early arrivers, among a lot of early arrivers. She kept composure, gave us recommendation for lunch, and by the time we came back our room was not only ready, but it was an upgrade to a King Studio. She's the kind of employee who adds a lot of value to your property!

The staff was the best & even tho it’s directly next to the airport, it’s was quiet. No sound of planes at all. I had a HUGE king suite for a decent price. Very clean & spacious!
