Poor conmunications

More disappointed that we never received follow through to our inquiry and issues. We rented a house that had heat and happened to be down when there was a cold snap. We were freezing! The next day they sent someone but he didn’t Repair.We also did not have fresh towels. We called and asked for some and they said they would drop off but never received. I found damp ones in the dryer.The day before we left, I received checkout instructions to put the AC back at 78. Really? We didn’t even use it and the heat never worked.

Sibling Get-to-Gether

I loved the house! It was in a great location for us. It is tastefully decorated and all the furnishings appeared new. We did wish for a recliner and a few easy chairs in the livingroom area and also an extra table and chair in 2 of the bedrooms. We had to lay our stuff on the floor and we are seniors. The bathrooms could also use hooks to hang up cloths and the towel bars were too high for me to reach, the shower needs a place to put your soap. But like I said it was in excellent condition!

Updated and Clean property in great location

This was a very comfortable, clean, and updated property within an easy drive of the beach and Nathan Benderson Park. The only thing I would recommend to the hosts is that they consider adding a second couch in the main living area, or possibly a sectional sofa. Also, the oven/stove were very difficult to figure out how to operate, so I would also recommend printing out clear directions - I know that sounds crazy but this "smart" appliance was unnecessarily complicated! We would definitely stay here again!

Luxe Arlington park home

This is the first time i rented this property. It was clean and nice furniture. The check in process was horrible they never send me the code to enter the house i had to call the customer service team in order to get in. The communication with the host also was terrible i send them mĂșltiple messages never respond. They didn't provide trash bags or toilet paper, or shower towels. I definitely won't stay here again.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood

Very nice house with four bedrooms. Stayed at the house to attend Orioles spring training with three other family members. It was less than 10 minutes to Ed Smith stadium.

Peaceful Serenity

This is a beautiful home with a great location. Close to restaurants and top attractions. Fun in the sun. Not far from downtown Sarasota. We enjoyed our stay.
