RVA offers Silver Sands Gulf Beach Resort. Located beach front on beautiful Longboat Key, this resort offers all the amenities of a large hotel with the privacy and seclusion that has Silver Sands guests returning each year. Relax on our private beach, walk on our soft white sand, take a dip in our heated beachside pool, or enjoy a complimentary chaise lounge and beach umbrella while breathing in the fresh salt-water air. Practice your golf game on our putting green or relax on our beautiful beach with your favorite novel. Wireless Internet access is available in the privacy of your individual unit, at the garden area or on the pool deck.



Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of Silver Sands Gulf Beach Resort #234 will have temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.

A few days in paradise

It was just a perfect stay. Staff was so pleasant and helpful. The other guests were as well. The beach and pool were phenomenal!! Close proximity to St Armand’s Cirlce which has all sorts of shops and restaurants to choose. The restaurants nearby were also very nice with great food and service!!

Perfect place

The location, accommodation and friendly staff made this the perfect getaway. Steps away from the beach in a quiet area. It is an older property but our rental was clean and had all the basics you need. We will definitely return.

I can't wait to come back! It was so much nicer than the pictures.

I believe the property manager's name is Brian, what an outstanding employee. So friendly, his recommendations on where to go were spot on, always a smile and the guy never stopped working! He was all over helping anyone that needed it from the time he got there until the day was over. Work ethic and attitude like that are rarely seen anymore. My grandmother was so impressed as well and she can be quite picky! 😉 I can't wait to come back.

Amazing place for a family getaway

This was a perfect place to spend some days relaxing under the sun, the beach is just a few steps away, a lovely clean pool to enjoy. Close to great little restaurant, and other cool little places to have fun and enjoy.

A great place for family time

Our experience was great. Loved the unit we shared with our two daughters. The pool and beach access made the trip fun. Everything on the property was well kept and very clean. Our unit was well equipped, and we found it to be quiet. We took advantage of the free bike rental too. We give Silver Sands high marks!

Shuffleboard and putt putt where great additions to the heated pool and easy beach access. Yummy restaurants close by and great beach area with chairs and umbrellas.

The unit and the grounds were spotless. The staff was very accommodating and welcome. The little convenience store was 5 minute walk and carried a little bit of everything you might need. The beach was very private and nestled in between some very high end beach front estates.

Great place for a retreat!

I stayed at the property for a weekend for my daughter's birthday and we had a wonderful time. The staff was attentive and so friendly. Willing to accommodate in any way. The property is clean and well kept and the rooms are cozy and spacious. I will definitely be returning.

Comfy with screened porch!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and steps from the beach. Screened-in porch with outdoor seats was a plus. Pots and pans in good condition. Glad to have bars in the bathroom. Maid service quick and efficient. Coach needs replacing.
