This home is located just 9.2 miles (17-minute drive) from the University Town Center Mall which is great for shopping and upscale restaurants. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is only 7 minutes away (4.1 miles) and downtown Sarasota is 16 minutes (7.8 miles). There is a Publix grocery store at Bayshore Gardens that is 6 minutes away (2.6 miles) and a Walmart Neighborhood Market that is just 9 minutes away (4.6 miles) to stock up on snacks, drinks, and food items or last-minute items you forgot to pack for the trip. No trip to Sarasota would be complete without going to one of the world-class beaches nearby. Siesta Key Beach is a 29-minute drive (14.5 miles) or Lido Key Beach is 20 minutes (10.3 miles).
