This bright, top-floor condo combines comfort, space, and location for a relaxing stay in Playas del Coco. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area features vaulted ceilings, a Smart TV, and plenty of natural light. The large, fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook and share meals together.

We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Paradizio is a newly revamped complex that is absolutely perfectly located for vacationers. Smack dab between downtown Coco, the ocean and the great restaurants and shops, this gated complex has more than just location going for it! Enjoy digital entry for enhanced security, a dedicated covered parking spot, and a large pool complete with loungers, a BBQ rancho with an outdoor kitchen, and ample covered seating options for relaxation and leisure.


Guests have private access to the condo and share the complex amenities with vacationers and residents of Paradizio.

Unfortunately, the Paradizio complex does not have an elevator.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while the guest rooms include two twin beds and a twin-over-queen bunk — perfect for families or groups. The condo also features a dedicated workspace, fiberoptic internet, and private laundry for your convenience.

Enjoy the amazing community amenities at the Paradizio complex. Take a dip in the community pool, fire up the BBQ for a relaxed dinner, or unwind in one of several lounge area. The location couldn’t be better — you have two great restaurants right outside the complex, plus you can visit with vendors from around the area at the Coco Sunday Market. The location is perfectly placed between the vibrant main street of Coco, the beach and great restaurants and shops.

NEW NEIGHBORS - There is a new building going up adjacent to the community and we know construction could be a bother on vacation, so we want to be up front about it. Note that construction only happens during the day and will not interrupt your time inside the condo, though you may have occasional construction noise while enjoying the Paradizio amenities. If you're visiting Costa Rica to explore the amazing beaches, volcanoes , waterfalls, and rainforests you probably won't even notice to work! Pura Vida!
