Updated 3rd Floor Unit w/Grill + Beach Club Access

PACIFICO L312 is a third-floor condo with modern and tropical decor throughout. It features an updated kitchen and a beautiful covered balcony overlooking one of four pools. The floorplan gives space and privacy for couples or families with separation between the bedrooms and lots of living and dining space! Enjoy high-speed internet, and access to the resort-style amenities of PACIFICO including a poolside bar & grill and the PACIFICO Beach Club!

We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Situated right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, and a children’s play area. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR takes one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access at an additional cost.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Internation Airport (LIR) near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation! ⁣

Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.

Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.

*The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October.

Amazing

All was amazing and especially the communication with the management company. Over the top. If you want a a place close to the beach, this is not the place for you. Playas Del Coco isn’t the nicest beach but I can say with 100% certainty the ticos are beautiful people. Pura vida!

Tremendous Property

Our stay at Pacifico was excellent, it exceeded our expectations. The condo itself was well equipped and offered a comfortable stay for our family of four. The deck overlooking the pool was excellent for morning coffee and relaxing after returning from the day’s activities. The grounds/pools at the resort are immaculate and rival many all-inclusive hotels in the Caribbean. The sport court was an added bonus to play pickleball in the evening. The proximity to groceries, restaurants and excursions can’t be beat. I would happily return to this property again.
