Patio Home In Costa Rican Beach Town. Gated With 24/7 Security

Located in Arrecifes, our home is a 3 BR 2 BA detached in a 22 home gated community with 24/7 security, very family-friendly. A 10/15 min walk to the beach, restaurants, and the local nightlife. The location also provides the peace and quiet you're looking for. The closest grocery store is a few minutes’ walk outside the gate with others a short distance through town. There are many activities & tours available in town.

The house has an open floor plan and the fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, microwave and a stove. Every room is equipped with a tv and USB charging stations to charge up your cell phones and tablets.

The master bedroom suite has a built in closet, walk-in dual rain drop showers, and king-size bed. There’s also a pack and play available for guests with infants/toddlers and a fold out futon. The walk out balcony provides a relaxing area where you can sit and enjoy the view of the occasional wild monkeys.

The second and third bedrooms have full-size beds with built-in closets. In addition, there are two futons, one upstairs and one in the living area. The house can comfortably sleep 8 people.

Home has washer and dryer, 2-40' HD TV, 2-32’ HD TV, air conditioning in every room of the home and WiFi.

The pool and the covered outdoor jacuzzi is a great place to relax. It includes a WiFi, grill, TV, outdoor restrooms, and lounge chairs for your use.

Playa del Coco is a great town with many activities, restaurants, and an exciting nightlife. It’s perfect for your Costa Rican adventure.

Wonderful home for our stay at Cocoa Beach

Communication, cleanliness, security, great location. Beautiful refreshing pool after a hot day! Cleanliness is top notch! Supermarket was 2 minutes away. Very close to visit other beaches along the coast. Air conditioning worked in every room! Can walk to the beach in 20 minutes or 2 minute drive! Able to use laundry on site! New appliances! Loved our stay! Our communication with owners was fantastic! Everything went smoothly!

Lovely stay in Coco!

Lovely stay in this comfortable, well-cared for home was the hub for our stay in Coco. Located within a gated community, we could leave our car in the driveway and walk along the unpaved shoulder of the nearby main street to anywhere we were heading. An easy 10-minute walk to two supermarkets made grocery shopping straight forward. The beach was no more than a 20-minute walk or an easy drive, although parking at the beach could be challenging. The kitchen was well-equipped with a large dining table in the adjacent common area. The two bedrooms on the main level had large closets and comfortable beds. The master bedroom on the second level was very large with a spacious washroom, a walk-out balcony, and a large comfortable bed. Across the lane from the house is the common pool, which we didn’t use, but looked like fun for children. The quiet street made sleeping restful. We had a great time in Coco with a relaxing family-oriented beach, a good variety of restaurants, and shops along the way."

Perfect for family

We stayed here while we waited for a car rental. It was a perfect place to watch the new year Costa Rican style. We were the only gringos in the gated area, but everyone was friendly and welcoming. The house was exactly what we needed.

Great get away.

Nice quiet and clean property. Although my husband and I were not able to walk to the ocean, others in our group said it took about 10 minutes. Restaurant/bar, grocery store are within walking distance. Enjoyed the pool! Would definitely stay here again.
