My suite had water leaking from the shower light as well as the vent above the toilet. I had to keep calling them to send someone to help fix it but I guess they never had anyone able to come besides a guy with a mop. I was worried about an electrical fire happening so we never used the shower. When it started leaking above the toilet at 11 pm we had to switch rooms. They didn't have a suite on the same floor so we had to downgrade and move everything a few doors over, which was a pain with a newborn. We were all exhausted and had to wait a long time for them to figure out what room we could have and bring us a key. It wasnt the experience I had hoped for and since I booked with another company and not directly with the hotel they couldn't refund me or even just give me a partial refund for the downgraded room. They gave me free breakfast, which had great food but only 1 waitress working there and it took over an hour to get everything ordered and delivered. Hotel has potential and looks great in the lobby, but clearly they have issues going on and maintenance working there ( holes everywhere and tarps up).
