Enjoy this amazing city by staying right downtown in this beautiful luxury condo! You will love the fresh, clean feel of this newer condo with a full kitchen. Walk out the door and you're in downtown Saugatuck -- right at the park and the Saugatuck Center for the Arts. You can walk anywhere downtown in less than 5 minutes.

- Pets are welcome
- Minimum age for renting is 25 years of age.

Only minutes away, there are many restaurants, abundant public parking next to the condo, a spot designated for parking in front, along with an elevator to make it even more accessible.

Enjoy coffee in the morning on the 3rd story deck overlooking the Art Center, with a side view of the water. The main floor has another small, shaded deck with a table and two chairs -- a perfect spot for breakfast. The upper deck is great for laying out in the sun (it faces east for the morning, rising sun), or relaxing at night.

The coffee maker is a Keurig that has a single cup option and a full pot option. We stock ground coffee for our guests but feel free to bring your own and you will need to bring your own K-cups.

The interior accommodations are brand new as well. For the sleeping arrangements, it has three bedrooms with queen size mattresses, closet and drawer space, and air conditioning in each room. There's also a pull out couch with a queen mattress in the main floor.

You can also enjoy using the original Nintendo. The tv is a smart tv so you can login to all your apps such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. Additionally, we have yard games for use at the beach or parks close by and board games.

There's another condo directly next door, and we can potentially accommodate more guests and larger parties by booking the neighboring properties -- also on VRBO. Please inquire if your group is larger than eight, or if you want additional bedrooms or privacy.

Nice spot for a getaway

The apartment was clean and the host was so nice and responsive. It’s close to shopping and restaurants. The only issue for us was that the place isn’t very soundproof so there’s a chance that the neighbors might want to party into the wee hours. We would still consider renting it again.

Perfect Location

This condo was so close to everything downtown. We walked to restaurants, shops, and our spa appointment. The host was very responsive to all of our questions and he made checking in and out very easy. Place was very clean with comfortable beds and everything we needed in terms of amenities. Winter wonderland condo

This condo was in a perfect location and has such a well-thought out design with everything needed in a compact and comfortable space. Nicely decorated but with room to put everything. An added help was having drawers and closets labeled so things were easy to find. Brenden was a kind and friendly host. We are grateful that we found such a perfect spot and that we could bring our sweet dog along! The beautiful snow was an added feature! We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you!

The space worked well for our two night stay. Three couples. Good beds. A couple of suggestions: hooks on backs of bedroom and bath doors, screens in bedroom windows, 6 dr chairs, bathroom door doesnt shut with ease.

3 Generations Trip - good for toddler

Great condo and as described. Awesome location + easy parking. Stayed with my parents, husband, and toddler and was a nice size for the group of 5. From the toddler perspective the condo worked well - nice, clean tub; easy to make toddler friendly (the stairs were the only thing we had to watch - no sharp corners or breakables otherwise we were worried about); bedroom with just one window (easy to black-out); elevator access if needed.Though we didn't use, we noticed that there was a pack-n-play available to borrow. Good communication w/ host.
