We stayed in the jetted tub room #104. It was very clean, quiet, and the bed/pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the friendly staff kept everything refilled and clean. We travel to the Soo often and would definitely stay here again.

Last Minute Stay, Will Return Again
We booked this stay last minute for a quick over night shopping trip. We’ve never stayed in SSM MI but I’ve had judgment for the hotels in the area. This appeared to be one of the better and recently renovated ones. Upon check in Susi greeted us and gave us a couple of laughs. My mom can be very picky to cleanliness in hotels (we’ve had our fair share of hotel rooms not being cleaned properly); we got to our room and was surprised by the room! Room was spacious, bathroom was clean and big. We both were blown away at the shiny-ness of the bathroom and the beds!In between our shopping sprees, we came back to the hotel to inquire if we could stay another night. Susie said “no problem, let me know and you can have the same room!” Susie was always available if we needed her. Our sleep was incredible! The beds are firm and no noise AT all during the night in the hotel or from the road. The shower was wonderful. Truth be told, we were so shocked by the hotel upkeep we didn’t want to leave! Breakfast was amazing and we loved the assortment set out. We decided not to stay the other night but on checking out, we’d told Susi we’d be back the next time we are in the area. If any manager or higher up reads this, give Susi a promotion/raise/paid vacation. With her helpfulness and humour, it just confirmed I chose the right hotel last minute. I’d book again just for her to greet me.

The staff were very friendly, and it was a nice safe place for people of all ages. The breakfast had a variety of food and those working provided excellent service. The pool was a good size and very welcoming.
