The room itself was ok. The staff was limited. Using the key card was difficult as it would NOT open the door from the outside. The wifi was fine. I did not see any shops. We had a bar fridge but no coffee maker or microwave. I had to go to the lobby each time to nuke my water to make tea. Yes, there was a big coffee machine with hot water but no, it needed to be refilled and hadn't been. Glad to be home.

All was expected for a motel 6 chain, however, the hallways smelled like smoke and mildew. Our room had some misaligned floorboards and we had to go downstairs twice as our key cards wouldn’t work, but other than that, average motel. Front staff were pleasant

Horrible stay. No breakfast as advertised, a filthy shower curtain, and not a single basic amenity in the room — no microwave, coffee pot, or kettle. One microwave for the whole hotel in the lobby, which is gross and unsanitary. I’ve worked in hotel cleaning and this level of neglect is shameful. Feels more like a sketchy motel than a hotel. Avoid at all costs if you want any basic amenities

The room we stayed in had peeling paint at the window by air conditioning unit and looked like black mold. The bathroom was very small when seated on toilet your knees would touch the door. I am still waiting for my deposit on the room to be reversed back to my Visa account.

Most motels now have a coffee maker and microwave, both were not in the room. The pool and hot tub were not open. The room was nice and clean but lacked a few essentials.

The staff was great and our room was very clean . Our only problem was that the maintenance hadn't cleaned the ac filter causing it not to work properly . The afternoon staff cleaned them for me and after that all was well . As I said above the staff was great
