The duplex home is located approximately 7 minutes away from the Wormsloe Historic Site, 10 minutes away from the local hospitals (St. Joseph’s, Candler, and Memorial), and 15 minutes away from Savannah’s Historic Downtown District.
The space
Each bedroom features multiple methods for clothing storage and room darkening curtains. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also include a TV with access to various streaming platforms.

The kitchen is fully stocked with the basic appliances and utensils/tools necessary for casual use. This includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, stove top, fridge, freezer, oven and various implements. The kitchen also features a small dinning table.
