The hotel has black mold! It was in the wall, under the AC units, on the bathroom blow dryer. They don’t treat it they clorox it and paint over it. They wouldn’t refund my money but they put me in a “cleaner” room where mold was on the curtains. The best thing about the hotel was the young man working trying his best to make me happy although the owner wouldn’t refund my money!

Waited a long time at check-in and no-one showed up, so we went to the function we were attending and then returned. We are elderly and the elevator was not working, and they put us on the third floor. The desk clerk said it had failed inspection and had been out "for awhile." They had no one to help us with our luggage. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

The carpet and furniture in the rooms could definitely be updated, as there is an old, stagnant odor that hits you and lingers as soon as you walk in the room. The facility is kept clean and is very quiet and comfortable, otherwise.

Awful experience

Terrible experience. Food tasted old and facility smelled musty, elevator floor looked like someone had been sick and it was only partially cleaned up/smeared. Storm rolled through the second day and discovered water coming through the window/wall into my room and soaking the carpet. Room also had roaches. When I mentioned these issues at checkout, I was told the manager would contact me but have heard nothing.
