Fantastic location with the park right across the street. Walkable to everything. The home had everything we needed and then some
 very, very comfortable. The only two things I would suggest is curtains for the bedroom and a new frying pan for cooking.

Great visit to Savannah at this cute, and clean property. Great for a couple, or a couple and small child/children, or a mother/daughter trip.Great location! Close to River Street, and several special weekend events at the park located directly across the street. A bit noisy (at times) hearing cars passing by, but overall a great 5 night stay!

As soon as we walked in the door to our rental I was very impressed! It looked just like the online pictures. It was clean and charming. My daughter said the fold out couch was comfortable. The location was perfect: within minutes of high interest places and sites. The neighborhood was beautiful.

Excellent little spot in a perfect location

This was probably the best stay I've had at a rental property. The place was nice and clean, check in/out was a breeze, and this spot was located in the perfect spot in Savannah. It was nice to have street parking, but I really only drove once or twice as everything we wanted to see was within walking distance of this house. The bathroom was nice, clean and modern, the kitchen had all working appliances and plenty of utensils/kitchenware, and the bedroom was very comfortable with a beautiful view. Really loved being right on Forsyth park. Also, loved the DVD selection lol. Thanks for letting me stay in such a fantastic spot for a fantastic weekend!

Great location

Stayed 4 nights. Apartment was immaculate and in a fabulous location. Entry was easy. Needs curtains in bedroom, streetlights keep room lit at night. Hot water in shower seemed to run out quickly, but the water pressure was great. Couch is a bit lumpy and could use some throw pillows, but otherwise very comfy location. Would definitely stay again.

While the location was convenient, traffic noise during night/sleep time was excessive and windows do nothing to insulate interior from this noise, property need window treatments to effectively block light from interior, bathtub does not properly drain and fills up with water during shower. I would not stay at this property again.

You should hang blackout curtains in bedroom . Lights from park shined in the bedroom. I think some color in the rooms / updating would be nice and easy to do. Location is wonderful . parking was fine for Savannah. Customer service was wonderful

Great Savanah Property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Savannah. Being right on Forsyth Park was an absolute bonus. The place was spacious, clean and the location was quiet. As referenced in a few of the other reviews, the bedroom windows need additional drapery or black out shades to lessen the nighttime light from the street light
..a simple fix. Some sounds from upstairs residents, but would definitely recommend!

Great overall but...

Overall great experience. When a property is fantastic, the little 'misses' stick out more. This isnt a negative review, just little annoyances like half the lamps didnt have working lightbulbs and there was an embedded tobacco smell (like a lifelong smoker used to live there) that kind of dinged the experience.

Location, room and accessibility to Savannahs sites was perfect! Some observations. Be prepared to move your vehicle from street to street due street sweeping schedule. Be sure to read signs. Unit we stayed in had an issue with spiders and fruit flys. Glad we brought along our pesticide spray along. Fruit flys were emanating from the tub. And finally, hot/cold water from tub has worn cartridges and /or stems that are worn out and should be replaced. Difficult to balance hot/water for shower. Other than that, very enjoyable stay.
