-25 minute drive to the beach at Tybee Island. If you go to the beach, its a very easy drive and when you get back to downtown Savannah you will have the best of the nightlife and restaurants walkable from the unit.

Full honesty, online pictures might have been accurate for the inside but we chose not to stay there. We booked online and the big mistake was this: No exterior pictures of the property or any of the immediate location. The exterior of the building was rundown as was the local neighborhood. We circled the block a few times and noticed boarded up windows and shoddy homes. It was downtrodden. Having lived in urban cities for most of my adult life, I followed my instincts and chose to take my wife to a different location all together rather than spend the time on high alert. The neighborhood needs to be accurately portrayed. The entrance to the unit is off the alley. There were zero pictures of what this place actually looked like outside. I didn't try and get my money back. I just walked away.

Just like the pictures
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was cleaned and looked just like the pictures. Everything is within walking distance to the riverfront just be prepared for a 20 ish min walk. The room was cozy and quiet. We did have an issue getting in contact with the property manager upon arrival to Savannah. They had forgotten to send us the check in email. After a quick call to VRBO we were able to get a hold of the manager and check in to our place. Parking is street parking only we were able to find a spot after circling a few time.
This property is away from the main dt area, but challenges you to see the whole city!

Anniversary Trip
The apartment was quaint and perfect for the two of us. It was within walking distance to resteraunts, Forsyth Park and many others.

Nice property
Property was nice and clean, opposite a park with easy access to downtown.
Street parking was easy and available across from the property.
I did not appreciate the huge smelly dumpster outside the front door…maybe it was trash collection day, maybe it’s always there. I don’t know, but did not appreciate.
