Our room was musty when we walked in. Woke in the middle of the night too wet floors. Our clothes and bedding were damp as well! No refund was given as it was booked through Travelocity very disappointing

Great location. Like the fact that it’s a renovated post office and is a historical location. Did not like that we didn’t get the free parking as promised. We got here and were told parking was by valet only and was $48 per night.

Great Hotel in a great location!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The room was clean and the hotel lobby area and decor is attractive. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The concierge was great and booked our “Ghost and Gravestones “ tour and restaurant reservation at “The Pirate’s House”. The location is great, within walking distance of the historic district, including the river walk area. It was my husband’s birthday and the staff made him feel special. During our breakfast (which was free during our stay, delicious and a full service restaurant), the waiter wished my husband a Happy Birthday! Word got out among the staff that it was his birthday. We also received 4 tokens for free drinks in the bar. The hotel is also pet friendly. (We saw a few well behaved dogs during our stay.)

The property was located within walking distance of everything historic. Easily accessible diners, coffee shops everything you need. The rooms were clean, I would highly recommend this place.

This was a very nice place. Room was really nice, we had a suite, so a separate bedroom and living room. There was something sticky on floor but they were quick to take care of it. Parking was pricey but it is all around. Valet parking was very quick to get car when you needed it. Nice bar area, friendly waiter. We didnt eat in hotel so I can't comment. There was always staff available if needed. Great location, could walk just about anywhere you wanted to go. We had a wonderful stay here. Will come again!

I am not a fan of Valet parking or being charged to park. I was mis informed when I made reservations about the size of the premium room vs standard 2 bed room and the parking situation. There were no option it was all valet parking. I don’t like other people driving my vehicle and adjusting my seat every time I go to get in.

Weekend trip to Savannah

We stayed in this hotel for an overnight stay to Savannah. We arrived before checkout so we had to wait for our room. We were offered free drink tokens. The staff was very friendly. Overall the room was nice but I feel it was slightly over priced for the size of the room and being right on the road. Very loud!.
