Guests have full access to the studio, including the bedroom/living area, full bathroom, kitchenette, and the private back porch with outdoor seating.



One assigned parking spot is located directly in front of the property (to the left).



Entry is via a keyless smart lock on the studio's front door.



Please note the property also includes a separate cottage in front that is not part of this listing. Guests access the studio by walking around the left side of the main house to the back entrance.

Isle of Hope is one of Savannah's most picturesque and tranquil neighborhoods, known for its moss-draped live oaks, historic homes, and stunning waterfront views along Bluff Drive.



Originally established as a summer retreat in the 1840s, Isle of Hope still feels like a world apart while being just a short drive from downtown.



Nearby, you will find Wormsloe Historic Site with its iconic oak-lined entrance (just 5 minutes away), the Isle of Hope Marina for waterfront strolls and sunset views, and Skidaway Island State Park for hiking and nature trails.

The studio is located approximately 15 minutes from the Savannah Historic District and River Street, 15 minutes from Forsyth Park, and about 25 minutes from Tybee Island.



Wormsloe Historic Site is just 5 minutes away. The neighborhood is peaceful and walkable for strolls along Bluff Drive and the marina.



Ride-share services (Uber and Lyft) are readily available in the Savannah area.

We ask that the space, other guests, and our neighbors are treated with dignity and respect. Please respect the home and its rules. This will help us maintain peace and ensure that all of our guests have a wonderful Savannah Stay!



This is a studio with two separate rental spaces. The studio, which you have rented, does not include the main cottage in the front. Please inquire if you are interested in adding it to your reservation. It will otherwise be rented to other travelers during your stay.



Free parking is found on the front of the property, but please do not block the street, do not park on the grass, and do not block the main cottage's assigned spot (on the right side when looking at the property). This residential area is shared with other residents, and the roadway must be free and clear of vehicles at all times. Please do not park in front of a neighbor's home.



Please be aware that even though we spray for bugs on a quarterly basis, you might see palmetto bugs, wasps, and other insects during your stay. They usually come out to die, but please do your best to keep them out of the house by keeping the windows and doors shut at all times, only bringing food items to the dining room, and keeping trash in the trash can.



Interaction with Guests:

We live close by, so we are available to our guests day and night. You are welcome to reach us via the app or by calling us anytime. We are here for you!



You are set up for self-check-in. The codes and instructions will be sent to you via the app by 3 pm on your arrival day, but please, wait until the agreed check-in time to enter the property. Please reach out to us if you are interested in coordinating an early check-in. It comes at a $50/hr charge and is not always guaranteed.
