The property was very clean and nicely decorated! The location was great for walking to most anything we wanted to do. The owner is very responsive and got back to us quickly with any questions we had! We would definitely stay here again.

Good location, across from Forsyth. Easy and enjoyable walk to amenities and downtown. Clean unit and well represented in the photos.Getting into the unit was a chore. With two groups in our party (parents and adult kids) and only one set of keys, we had to use the front and back entry - not ideal but at least there was the option for an alternate entry point. Getting through the keyed screen door was awkward.Would recommend getting a new mattress for the front bedroom. Overall, with the cost of downtown accommodation, we would say good value for money. Having never been to Savannah, the location was a big plus for us. With some tweaks, we would have given it a higher rating.

Everything was perfect. From day one with check in instructions. To the last day with easy check out instructions. Great location next to the park and easy walk to everywhere. Beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication was great. Definitely would stay again.

This was a lovely place with big bedrooms, comfortable outdoor seating, and great location near the park. Very clean. Keep in mind that it's on the third floor but as long as you have no problem with stairs it was great. We loved it for a girl's weekend.

Great Property; Amazing Location!!

The property was great - it was clean, large and perfect for our weekend. Biggest perk is the location! Forsyth Park is literally steps from the front door! We were able to go to the Saturday Farmer's Market and take advantage of the convenience of being in such a central location without being in the "hubbub" of the city

Interior space was cheery and bright

There were many things to like about the space including the cleanliness, how well stocked the house was (they were kind enough to have coffee, ample towels, shampoo, etc.) and it was a bright, cheery space. The negatives include the entrance was very decrepit with rotting wood and a rickety gate. The stairs are very narrow and winding and its tricky to vavigate with full arms. The front porch which has optimal views of Forsythe Park was closed off due to rotting wood so we were not able to take advantage of that space.

Lovely

Quaint, lively and clean. Location on Forsyth Park and very walkable into town and riverfront. Easy to get in and out of but keep in mind it’s a third floor wall up, so don’t overpack. All the amenities with towels , hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, etc. Communication with property was easy, professional and timely.

Savannah Pre-move Visit

Property was great! We stayed there on a trip to Savannah to find long-term housing due to a relocation. Great views of Forsyth Park and very quiet neighborhood. Unit is on the 3rd floor, so a lot of steps, but perfect for our stay!
