The location was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again. It is a studio type space which was perfect for 2 of us. The kitchen area had just what we needed being as we ate out each meal and didn’t need much. The bathroom is basic but what you need. There were some bright lights in the space that were distracting at night and I would have loved some better and more pillows but other than that we would stay here again.

Overall great stay!

Great location! Very quiet neighborhood but close enough to walk to things. Only down fall is the bed is extremely hard and you can hear everything in the hallways and people above you. Also there is plenty of parking outside of the house but it’s a 2hr limit so constantly having to renew every 2 hours can get annoying Not a reason not to stay.

Excellent if not a little cold

Everything was great! The bed is a little stiff and the shower took a fair amount of time to warm up but everything else was wonderful! Location os so close to everything in the historic district! We didn't have a vehicle this go round but walking was no problem for us.

First time to Savannah

Our location was about a 1 mile from town, but right next to Forsyth Park. If you’ve seen Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, the home from the story is right in the same square and visible from the front door which was cool. The apartment provided two towels each and there’s a washer dryer. The kitchen has a door to a ‘balcony’ which was nice to look out of at night and during the mornings. The furniture was useful and we enjoyed our stay..Would definitely stay here again

Great Location

this spot was perfect for my solo weekend trip to visit friends. very cute and quaint, loved the juliette balcony! everything is pretty much within walking distance (river street is a short drive). very close to all the squares and cute restaurants and right across the street from the famous mercer williams house! will definitely try to stay here again!

First Savannah visit

The location of this rental was perfect. We could step out the front door and walk everywhere. Forsyth Park to the River Front. We never used our rental car! Street parking was never an issue and was only $1.00 per hour from 8-5. The room supplied everything we needed. We loved the french doors and Juliet balcony. I would highly recommend this rental for one or a couple.

Great location

This is a second floor studio that is one block from Forsyth Park. There is another square right out your front door for morning coffee. The downside it that it is pricey, not the most comfortable bed and there are 3 floors so you may hear other guests in hallway, It does offer washer and dryer.

Lovely weekend in Savannah! This unit was exactly as described and a great location! Only suggestion would be to add air freshner in the main entry by the stairwell. Otherwise we loved it and would stay here again!

You won’t be disappointed!

This was the PERFECT location for a visit to Savannah! Our VRBO was in a lovely quiet neighborhood but was literally steps from Forsyth Park one direction and Monterey Park literally across the street. We felt safe and was perfect for a visit to Savannah.

Beautiful Place to Stay in a Beautiful Location!

This was the absolute best property for our stay in Savannah! The location was perfect, wonderful amenities, very clean and easy check in/out process. Very beautiful and we loved the big windows and step out balcony as well. Due to the older style of building, you could hear a lot of commotion from neighbors, so just keep that in mind. All in all, this was such a wonderful stay!

The Park House is in a great location; close to beautiful Forsyth Park and a short walk to the downtown area. Bathroom had a nice big shower with great water pressure. Washer /dryer was a plus! Kitchen was adequate but the bed could have been more comfortable. Concierge service at Lucky Savannah was excellent!

Everything was broken

Pictures were misleading. It was not as big as it looked. Super noisy. Could hear all occupants including kids, which I think lived there. Coffee maker was broken, and when I called to get it replaced they never showed up. The garbage can was broken. The air conditioner was so loud I could hardly sleep. I think that was broken too. Great area, but if I go to Savannah again I am staying elsewhere.

Great location, no sound proofing

The location and amenities were exactly what we were looking for in a place for a few days in Savannah. The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and almost everything we wanted to see was within an easy walk. Unfortunately, the building has paper thin walls, so if the other units in the building are rented you will be able to hear every footstep, conversation, screaming child, and suitcases being drug up and down the stairs. If the 3rd floor unit is available, I would opt for that or choose another unit in the same area as this one.
