Modern Minimalist Tiny House

Welcome to our modern minimalist tiny house located a half mile from Warren Dunes State Park and 1.5 miles from all that Sawyer Michigan area has to offer.

Tiny is the second dwelling on this property and is technically a mobile tiny house. While we do have electricity and water, much like an RV the drains run to holding tanks. This means VERY LIMITED WATER USE for showers and toilet flushing.

It features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and a queen bed in the loft.

We are nestled among trees just a half mile from Warren Dunes State Park. Inside we have cozy bench seats in the picture windows, a queen bed in the loft, bathroom/shower, kitchen with an induction cooktop, and a living/dining area with a countertop that seats two.


You'll have the tiny house to yourself, along with a rustic outdoor log bench area for those evening hangouts. There is one other house on the 1 acre property that is occupied, but with the surrounding trees you'll have this little corner of the property to yourself.
Other things to note

Again, this unit is not connect to city sewer or a septic. All shower/sink water and toilet flushing go to a holding tank that gets emptied on a regular basis. This means you need to run as little water as possible and only flush the toilet when necessary. Our estimate is 10 total minutes of shower time and 5 toilet flushes per day.
