The property combines a practical and cosy design, making it particularly well suited for families seeking a comfortable stay in the countryside.

On the main level, the living room is fitted with satellite TV and international channels displayed on a flat screen, with direct access to the garden. A separate living and sleeping room on this floor features 1 sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace, and its own satellite TV with a flat screen. The large open dining room benefits from a panoramic window and an open-hearth fireplace, and it leads directly out to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen on this level includes an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this floor.

On the lower ground floor, a generous living and sleeping room is furnished with 1 double sofabed and a dining table, and it provides access to the garden as well as satellite TV with international channels.
