We would recommend it as a decent dog friendly budget accommodation.
Beautifully refurbished apartment in an extremely convenient location between both beaches and close to town.
The owner was very helpful and obliging both prior to and during our stay. We stayed here for 4nights with our dog and 8 & 10year old children who shared the sofa bed (although this would not be an ideal size for two adults to share).
We had a great break away and would highly recommend both the accommodation and location
Unfortunately, the property fell significantly below acceptable standards, and we were unable to stay due to cleanliness, safety, and maintenance concerns.Upon arrival, we were immediately met with an unpleasant smell throughout the entrance to the flat. As we inspected the property further, several issues became apparent:- The flooring was damaged, with visible splits in the flooring- The rug contained noticeable stains.- The sofa, intended for my daughter to sleep on, had multiple stains and was dirty, not fit for anyone to sleep on- Surfaces were not properly cleaned, including a sticky ring left on the bathroom surface.- - The bed had a hair in it and visible staining.- There was a visible stain in the toilet, which was extremely concerning from a hygiene perspective.- The bathroom door was missing so no privacy when in bathroom- The door was under the bed sticking outIn addition to the cleanliness issues, we were informed of several maintenance problems that posed both inconvenience and safety risks. We were advised not to use the dishwasher as it could flood the flat, and that the back door may not be usable due to a broken key left by a previous guest. This meant we wouldnt be able to access the back garden from the flat. The parking that is mentioned is down an alleyway way between bins and rubbleThe hosts were unwilling to give me a refund and were happy that the accommodation is suitable which couldn't be further from the truth
