The Space:
This bright 2-room apartment (approx. 56 sqm) on the 4th floor (elevator available) was completely renovated at the beginning of 2021 and offers comfortable, modern and also new furnishings. The complex includes a sauna, table tennis room and elevator. Coin-operated washing machine and dryer are also available.
In the living room there is a large corner sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed, a coffee table, two leatherette armchairs and a Smart TV.
The new modern open kitchen is connected to the dining area by a kitchen block, which seats four people.
In the sleeping area, which is divided by two sliding doors, there is a double bed (160 x 200) and wardrobes. A large window to the living area lets in plenty of natural light.
The bathroom was also newly renovated in 2021 and is equipped with a rain shower, towel radiator and spacious washbasin and offers plenty of storage space.
The 7 sqm sunny balcony invites you to “outdoor living” with a dining table for 2 people as well as a bench with a side view of the Baltic Sea.
An underground parking space is available for your car directly in the house.
Garage drive-through height: 2.03m, garage height: 2.08m!

Please note that the sauna is closed until further notice due to hygiene regulations.
Access to the property is via an elevator.

Getting Around:
This vacation accommodation is situated on a hill in an absolutely prime location in Scharbeutz, just a few steps away from the fine sandy beach, the beautiful, newly designed promenade, nice cafés, attractive stores and restaurants and the nearby spa park with mini golf course and tennis courts. Everything is within easy walking distance.
