The cosy and well-furnished apartment “Nina” is situated in Schönwald, a popular health resort in the scenic Black Forest (Schwarzwald) close to the French border, and is perfect for holidays featuring all sorts of outdoor activities and within driving distance from Lake Constance. The 30 m² apartment on the 4th floor consists of a living area with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a lift, a ski storage, a washing machine, satellite television and a highchair. You can start the day with coffee on the south-facing balcony, from which you will have nice views of the hills and forests in the distance. The apartment building also offers a gym, an indoor pool for refreshing morning swims, a sauna as well as a lounge area with table tennis. Due to the apartment’s central position in Schönwald, you will find supermarkets, bakeries, cafés and restaurants within a 3-minute walk (250 m). The beautiful Black Forest region offers plenty of great routes for hiking and cycling, as well as lakes and waterfalls, and in winter, there are also a number of skiing areas and routes for cross-country skiing - all within a 15-minute drive (2 - 5 km). The Black Forest’s highest mountain, Feldberg, can be reached after a one-hour drive (50 km) from Schönwald, as well as the city of Freiburg, which is famous for its picturesque old town centre. You can even drive to the shores of famous Lake Constance within an hour and 15 minutes (90 km).



Parking spaces are available on the property, as well as a bicycle storage room.
