No elevator we arrived late had to take 2 heavy cases up to 3rd floor made my back hurting for several days of cause it is a late arrival but n front desk to help. the bed was 2 twin beds put together as a king bed, in the night kept slip into the gap between the two twin bed, haha, very dark bed sheets, never seen a bed sheets not in white. so you cannot tell if it is clean sheets or not. it is good to have a large yard to park your car and close to the Castle - they say 20 minutes walk distance, - don't =even try to walk, there is no side walk to walk on the narrow weg to the castle parking #3 the nearest parking you must drive to the castle, if you walk, it may take more than 20 minutes and can be dangerous with the cars running on the narro road. It is Ok tostay at this place and forget about it.

Good location if you visit the castle.

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. If people smoke in the terraces next to yours you better close doors and windows as the smokes comes into the bedroom. Breakfast is 12.50eur which we found expensive for whats served, we decided not to pay for breakfast on our second day and went somewhere else.

Hotel Waldmann was absolutely picturesque! The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles, and close to the charming town of Füssen. We stayed in an apartment with a king bed and two twin beds, which was perfect for our family. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet each morning was a lovely touch. We highly recommend Hotel Waldmann and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing View, Great Foodtruck Nearby!

The hotel was lovely, but their wifi signal was quite poor and dropped a lot. Other than that it was a very wonderful room. The water pressure was hard, the water temp was very hot, the VIEW was just perfect. There is a terrific little food truck about a 15/20 minute walk from the hotel! The pancakes, I mean, the pfannkuchens were AMAZING!!! The bratwurst were grilled and delicious! The french fries were cooked right, super crunchy but soft in the center. The Burger...just get the burger too!

We chose the hotel because it’s located just a few minutes drive from the Neuschwanstein Castle which was very convenient. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was very polite and friendly. Outside parking is free and easy. We would go ahead!

Waldmann Hotel was wonderful! Clean, restful rooms and very nice staffing. Breakfast was delicious and the view of Neuschwanstein right outside was amazing. Would recommend to everyone visiting.

This was the best part of our stay in Germany! The setting was gorgeous with a fantastic view of both the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. It was just what a pictured for a hotel in the Alps. We had a room the would accommodate 4 with a separate sleeping area with 2 double beds. Breakfast and dinner were available and were excellent. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Thankfully everyone spoke English to accommodate us, tourists who do not speak German well.
