Failure to provide entry information

when I booked the hotel I was promised a code for late entry - i never received it but on the morning of the stay I was promised it again - but they never sent it - I couldn’t risk not having somewhere to stay late at night with young children so I had to book another hotel - they then charged my crefit card the full amount and sent me the code very late in the day when I didn’t have internet access. Annoying waste of E140

Better than it looks

It may look simple and small on the exterior but it was really cosy right from the lobby. Very nicely decorated and rooms were spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Hotel staff are friendly and with a smile. Had breakfast and we enjoyed the setting and variety of food served (even though no hot food but it’s decent and delicious. good place to stay if driving into Cluses and resting for a night.

Very friendly manager at arrival. opened breakfast a bit earlier for us so we could leave early for Chamonix the next day. Clean hotel, easy to find, nice value for the price paid.Very satisfied and would return any time.

Perfect for an overnight stop

Really convenient location, just about 100m from the autoroute. Everything as it should be, and friendly staff. Hotel restaurant closed Friday evening and all weekend, but pizza restaurant 2 minutes walk away, and McDonalds the same distance.
