Welcome to our lakefront retreat on semi-private Pickerel Lake, offering 65 feet of private lake frontage. This spacious home features 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with an electric fireplace, a game room, and two outdoor decks. Outside, enjoy a hot tub, a fire pit with seating, patio furniture, and a propane grill. Water lovers can take advantage of the included pedal boat, 2 kayaks, and an electric motor boat for fishing. Guests are also welcome to bring their own pontoon or jet ski and dock it on-site. A public boat launch is nearby on the east side of the lake (S Ave).

The home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably. On the main floor, there’s one bedroom with a queen bed featuring a green tea memory foam mattress. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed, futon, and a private deck with lake views. Also upstairs are two more bedrooms with queen beds, and a fifth bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs.

The property is located just 15 minutes from Portage and 25 minutes from Kalamazoo, with nearby attractions like Ramona Park and Air Park offering family-friendly activities. The house uses well water, which is safe to use, and there's also a water dispenser in the kitchen for your convenience.

For security, there are two outdoor cameras — one facing the driveway and one on the side of the house. These cameras are never monitored during guest stays and are only reviewed in the event of an incident at the property. They are primarily in place to protect the home when it is unoccupied.
