Staff was acceptable. Room was acceptable. Bed was typical hotel hard as a rock. Sheets and Duvet were good, shower pressure was OK, temperature of water was good. Overall, nothing stood out as bad. Nothing stood out as exceptional either. Very Middle of the Road experience.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bagels were good. Parking was easy and safe. Our room was just above the AC/Heating units outside. Very noisy. There was an event in, I'm assuming a conference room that happened to be just below us. Loud, bumping music late into the night. Noisy neighbors, loud talking, tromping up and down the halls outside which can happen anywhere but added to an unpleasant night.

Over all nice place to stay. When checking in the clerk was friendly. Did not receive a complementary bag at check in, not sure if it was because of using your site to book the room. The road leading to it was unfinished, rough on vehicles. Other than that a very nice place to stay.
