Expedia reservation excellent. Room was perfect. Hotel staff excellent. Attended the New Years Eve party...meal was excellent, bar service horrible..they should open their other bar inside casino & more bartenders for a crowd that big! 2nd year we attended this event ..buffet excellent, band excellent but they need to improve bar sevice & should have known this with the amount of people prebooked!

Rooms were really nice. Very clean!! Free tea and coffee are the good kind. Only thing they could do better is the walkway to and from the casino and hotel. Was cold and icy. Would be nice to have a closed in one.

Was there to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The hotel was very good. No complaints. Clean, spacious with everything we needed. Reception was friendly and efficient. Buffet was excellent. Casino was well run with no issues.

Room was spotless, the staff at the hotel were very polite and friendly!! Amenities were terrible, all they had was coffee and tea in the morning!! When you wake up on Christmas Day, and everywhere else is closed, it would have been better, to be able to get something to eat!!!
