Sandpiper Unit 113. Enjoy unobstructed ocean and sunset views from this welcoming one story meadow home in the middle of The Sea Ranch. Shell Beach and One Eyed Jack’s playground are a short walk away along the ocean bluff trail. The wood deck with hot tub is perfect for whale watching, wildlife viewing and star gazing. The great room has a large oak dining table, 50” HD TV, and lots of puzzles, cards and games for indoor entertainment. Two of the three queen bedrooms are master bedrooms. Sandpiper is ideal for a relaxing getaway to the coast. BED LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS RENTAL. Owner will allow children age 6+. Garage not available to renters.

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 2 (two), parked in driveway. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 6 for this home.

Beautiful Home

This house was beautiful, and had everything inside to make an amazing family trip. The view was amazing and there’s great trails all around. We had our 20 month old with us and the stairs were very scary but other than that outstanding house! Once he’s older we would stay again!

Perfect weekend get-away destination

Wonderful house with meadow views better for three couples than for adults with children - but it worked well anyway. We took advantage of the quick access to rocky shore and families of harbor seals and quiet roads perfect for all ages to bicycle. The house is fully equipped both in terms of the kitchen and the entertainment center. A foam pad in the loft would have made it a perfect sleeping space for the children. Delicious deck with hot tub and barbecue.

Everything we needed!

This property was excellent. It was clean, stocked with everything we needed, the views were incredible, and more than enough space for our family of five. The loft was such a fun surprise for the kids and they spent a ton of time reading up there. The jacuzzi was clean and spacious, on a large deck where we enjoyed the sounds of the crashing waves in the distance and the birds singing throughout the day. Easy check-in process and the management was very flexible about our late check-out request. The one thing I would note is the stove- it has a mind of its own. When it worked, it worked great. Occasionally one burner would sporadically turn off, and the knobs easily catch on things or if they get bumped the stove turns on. This did make cooking certain meals a little challenging but we managed. Would definitely suggest the owner replace the stove to avoid potentially serious disaster. Overall, highly recommend this unit!

Sunsets at the Sandpiper

Walked into stellar views with a welcoming committee of Bucks and Does in the yard. Everything was spot on to the listing. The sunsets were gorgeous!!! Kitchen was fully equipped, Hot tub was pre-heated and waiting for us, fireplace was prepped (we didn't use it tho). The place was immaculate. We are already discussing when we should come back.

Great location!

This was a great house for our girl's trip. It's not very updated, but is very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The location offered great views of the ocean and wildlife. A window seat would have been amazing to have! The hot tub was clean and worked great as well. Thank you for letting us stay there!

Lovely retreat setting near ocean cliffs

This property is very comfortable. Great kitchen dinning area with openness to living room where fireplace, TV, and Stereo are located. Kitchen well appointed. Three bathrooms for three bedrooms, two being master bedrooms. Wonderful deck with view to the west to see sunsets over thge ocean.

Peaceful Thanksgiving

In a year of chaos the Sandpoint property provided necessary respite. The home boasts a well-stocked kitchen and was very clean when we arrived. From the deck and spa you have a straight view to the cliffs and ocean beyond providing wonderful views in both morning and evenings. The home was perfect for our 3 teenage / young adult children and ourselves with 3 bedrooms, 2 with their own bathroom and a third with an adjacent bathroom. A loft in one bedroom provided a reading / sleeping area for our teenage girls who retreated there to enjoy an extra level of quiet. The home also provides many games and access to Netflix and standard TV/Cable. A great place and time to celebrate Thanksgiving during this COVID time.
