Unit 24, Lot 145.Lovely Day promises a lovely stay. Fully remodeled in 2022, the house is located in the sunny and sought-after section 24, a 10-minute walk to Shell Beach and the bluff trail. The house has wide views of the moor and ocean, with three decks and a private garden. Furnished with mid-century furniture and boasting a custom chef’s kitchen, the home’s comfortable open floor plan encourages socializing.



A two-story entry atrium welcomes guests with direct sunlight, an Italian crystal chandelier and sweeping views. An open floor plan connects the sunken living, dining and kitchen areas. Wide sliding doors in the dining and living areas open to a west-facing deck with sweeping ocean views, comfortable, cushioned furniture, a dining table and barbeque. A gas fireplace is the center point of the high-ceilinged living room. On the main floor is a half-bath with laundry, and a cozy media room with a wide-screen smart TV and a comfortable queen-sized futon. Also on the main floor is a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a sofa and ocean views, and an ensuite bath with heated tile floors, a soaking tub and hand-held shower. The bath connects to the enclosed rear deck, with sunken round hot tub, table and chairs, lounge chairs and a private, outdoor hot shower.



Upstairs, the ocean-view primary suite has a cathedral ceiling, a queen bed, large sitting area with sofa and club chair, a small deck and a large bathroom with soaking tub, stall shower, separate toilet room and custom cabinetry. The Design Within Reach-style furniture throughout the home has been carefully curated by the artist owners, and the home is filled with original art.

There are four steps up to the front porch, two steps down from the entry hall to the living areas and a flight of stairs to the primary suite. Lovely Day is beautifully positioned, with moor and ocean views welcoming guests to the great outdoors of Sea Ranch.
