When you're ready to hit the beach there are eight boardwalk access points along Seabrook Island Road that will have your toes in the sand along our 3.5 miles of private beach. The home has a great open floor plan. Off the foyer is the primary bedroom en-suite. Relax in the King bed and watch the mounted TV. A large walk-in closet has plenty of storage space. The bath has double vanity, jetted tub and walk-in shower. This bathroom may be accessed from both the primary bedroom and hall. The main living area blends both the kitchen, dining room and living space. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and granite counters. It is fully stocked! The dining area has a large table with seating for eight. There are also 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. Sliding doors off the dining room lead out to the deck. The living area has a sectional sofa with additional seating. The fireplace is decorative only. Sliding doors lead out to the screen porch. Dine al fresco at the table with seating for six. On the main floor you will also find the large laundry room. A great catch all space, plus a full size washer dryer for your use.

Head up the stairs to the guest bedrooms. Here you will find two large rooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fans and TVs. The upstairs hall bath has a double vanity and tub/shower combo. Off one of the bedrooms you will find a small private deck. A great spot to read a book or catch a few moments of solitude!

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club are not available with this villa. Lake House Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Lake House are included in the rent which allows access to The Lake House outdoor pool year-round at no charge (not heated). Added fees apply to use the indoor pool/fitness center. Guests also have access to the Equestrian Center.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guests under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
