**Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4

The first two gate passes are included in your stay. 

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.





Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.

What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.

What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus 5% to cover our processing costs. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the 5% fee.
